Email Mailing List

Export all of your customers' email addresses to build a mailing list for promotions.

Using the Mailing List Wizard

  1. Select Customers > Email Mailing List Wizard from the main menu.
  2. Click Next on the welcome screen.
  3. Enter a filename for the list, or click Browse to choose one.
  4. Click Next, then Next again to finish.

Your customers' email addresses are now saved to the file.

Tips

  • Open the file and copy the addresses into your email software.
  • Put your own address in the To field and paste the customer list into BCC — otherwise every recipient will see everyone else's email address.
  • Confirm customers are happy to receive promotional email before sending.
