Security & Logins

iMagic Inventory's login system is optional — enable it if you need to restrict user access.

Enabling Logins

Go to Settings > Security and enable the login system. Create user accounts and assign access levels.

Access Levels

Define what each user can and cannot do:

  • View only (no editing)
  • Create invoices only
  • Full access
  • Custom — select individual permissions

Sales Rep Tracking

Assign a sales rep to each invoice. Go to Reports > Sales Rep Report to see sales totals and calculate commissions.

Exporting Commission Data

Export sales rep data to Excel to calculate and pay commissions based on your own formula.
