Stock Control

Keeping accurate stock levels is at the heart of iMagic Inventory.

Viewing Stock Levels

The main inventory screen shows current stock levels for all items. Use the filters to view by category, location, or low-stock status.

Adjusting Stock

To manually adjust stock (e.g., after a physical stocktake):

1. Open the item record.
2. Click Adjust Stock.
3. Enter the new quantity and a reason for the adjustment.

Reorder Points

Set a minimum stock level for each item. iMagic Inventory will alert you when stock falls below this threshold and can generate a vendor reorder automatically.

Warehouse and Bin Locations

Each item can be assigned to a warehouse and bin location. This makes stocktakes and picking faster — especially when used with barcode scanning.
